It is with immense pride that I participate in the contemporary educational landscape. Having contributed to the establishment of esteemed institutions like Zee School and NPS, where I orchestrated the creation of bastions of wisdom in 2016-17, I found inspiration and encouragement from fellow academicians and my family to embark on the journey of PNC Cognitio School. This institution bears the name of my cherished parents, a name that I proudly share with my students, staff, and all stakeholders, serving as a perpetual reminder that parents are our foremost educators and lifelong guides. It is indeed the sacred duty of every child to hold their parents in reverence.
Over the past decade, Bengaluru has blossomed into a wellspring of global talent, attracting fortune companies and becoming a multicultural haven for over 150 nationalities. This transformation has underscored the need for a school that aligns with the aspirations of modern parents. These aspirations are often shaped by personal triumphs, which in turn fuel their dreams for their children in an ever-evolving world. PNC Cognitio School represents my visionary dream, aiming to restore the “Breathing Space” that today’s generation of youngsters often lack, a sentiment deeply cherished by those who grew up in the 60s to 90s.
Spanning 7 acres, our campus provides a generous expanse for students to relish in the freedom of learning within capacious classrooms, innovative labs, and dedicated research areas. PNC Cognitio School aspires to be the cradle of future Change Makers and Sports Icons. Leveraging the power of technology, we keep parents well-informed about their child’s Learning Milestones achieved at the culmination of each learning phase.

The inception of PNC Cognitio School in 2017 marked the dawn of a new era in education, inspired by the renowned Finnish Pedagogy and supported by the Cambridge International School curriculum. A brainchild of the Pilamma Nagamma Chinappa Educational Trust, chaired by Mr. Ramanjaneya S.R.B., the school’s visionary journey has been one of growth and excellence. From its inaugural year welcoming 269 students to its current strength of 900 plus and growing, PNC Cognitio School stands as a beacon of 21st-century learning.
The school’s ethos revolves around nurturing students not only for content mastery but also for the skills, values, and core competencies vital in the digital age. Under the Cambridge Curriculum’s guidance, the school’s philosophy of “Unique You” resonates, fostering students who craft their narratives of achievement and leadership. Embarking on its fourth academic year, the school’s support framework remains steadfast, encompassing the English Language Learner Program, Differentiated Learning Approach for diverse learners, and the Accelerate Program for gifted individuals.

Mrs Minni Adhikari is a highly qualified and experienced educator with a passion for teaching and a love for her students. As a founding team member and principal of renowned school, she has demonstrated effective leadership skills and has proven herself to be an excellent communicator and team player.
Minni is a dedicated and passionate teacher who strives to create a positive and challenging learning environment for her students. She is known for being student-friendly and always ready to support and guide her students in their academic and personal development.
With over 23 years of experience in the field of education, Minni is a seasoned educator who has created several effective classroom management tools. She has come with a rich 18 years of experience in Cambridge programs. She is technologically savvy and is always open to new pedagogical changes, which makes her an effective and innovative teacher. She is an effective leader who supports her staff members to try innovations in the classroom.
Minni has won several awards for her teaching, including the Intel’s Master Trainers award, for teaching the latest computing tools to all her faculty members. She is also a lifelong learner who has conducted several teacher training programs on creative teaching pedagogies, using metacognition, design thinking, technology in the classroom, classroom management, and team building.
She believes a great teacher should be respectful, fully equipped to the class and always be ready to upgrade.

Mrs. Kavitha Chandran is the Principal- ICSE at PNC Cognitio school, Whitefield. She has over 22 years of experience in the education industry. With her inherent skills in operations and a deep passion for academics, she follows a simple principle- “A place for everything and everything in place.” She has had impactful roles with prestigious and renowned educational institutes all over India. A quick summary of her stints includes Cluny Convent (Bangalore), St Anthony’s convent (Jalandhar, Punjab), Global Indian International School (Hyderabad), Red Bridge International (Bangalore), National Public School (Bangalore) and Presidency group of institutions (Bangalore). In short, an expert administrator who is adept at all aspects of administration as well as the heart of an educationist, who constantly strives to enhance the learning experience. The field of education has undergone a tremendous transformation in recent years, with technology playing a key role in enhancing the learning experience for students. However, with the advent of virtual modes of teaching, teachers are faced with new challenges that make delivering a comprehensive curriculum more complex than ever before. To help alleviate these challenges, Mrs Kavitha Chandran and senior faculty at PNCC ICSE have developed an innovative in-house tool called SOAR – a Simplified Organized Agile Roadmap for Classroom Teaching. SOAR is a task-by-task detailed roadmap for each lesson for each class. This innovative tool empowers teachers to impart learning in a precise and consistent manner, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education. This initiative is a small example of her consistent efforts at making the best out of technology and at the same time making it simple for teachers and fun for the students. Embracing the school philosophy that “Every child matters”, Mrs. Kavitha Chandran thrives in defining and implementing tailored attention to each child so that they grow up into happy and successful global citizen.
