Kids need fitness activities to build strength, harmonization, and self-reliance — and to lay the footing for a healthy lifestyle. Being physically active regularly will reap mammoth benefits.
Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. It causes the body to make chemicals that can help a person feel good. It can help people sleep better. It can also help have higher self-esteem and reduce incidences of depression and anxiety. Exercise can help you look better. Children who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don’t. In fact, exercise can help keep your body at a healthy weight. You are more likely to build strong bones and muscles.
Physical activities lead to better academic performance and can also bring about intangible benefits to the school and community as a whole.
Participation in sports for children cultivates an increased pledge to, or identification of social, physical and emotional benefits combined. It has always been known to bring self-esteem and confidence, improved parental relationships, increased self-esteem and decreased anger, decreased psychological stress and lower the risk of negative influences. Be it football, throw ball, cricket, basketball, swimming, indoor games, carrom, chess or yoga, we give every child the opportunity to excel in it!
