With her inherent skills in operations and a deep passion for academics, she follows a simple principle- “A place for everything and everything in place.” She has had impactful roles with prestigious and renowned educational institutes all over India.

However, with the advent of virtual modes of teaching, teachers are faced with new challenges that make delivering a comprehensive curriculum more complex than ever before. To help alleviate these challenges, Mrs Kavitha Chandran and senior faculty at PNCC ICSE have developed an innovative in-house tool called SOAR – a Simplified Organized Agile Roadmap for Classroom Teaching. SOAR is a task-by-task detailed roadmap for each lesson for each class.
This innovative tool empowers teachers to impart learning in a precise and consistent manner, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education. This initiative is a small example of her consistent efforts at making the best out of technology and at the same time making it simple for teachers and fun for the students.
